Lately, a lot of people have been starting signature services. Most people prefer to find their renders on planetrenders. Sadly, planet renders is bugged, when trying to link to a certain render, without direct-linking. So I've decided to make a complete tutorial on how to sign up, search, and how to link directly.

You do know you don't have to actually register right?

You can just click your render, right click the little image, click "View Image", delete the "normal_" part of the url:

becomes
http://planetrenders.net/renders/alb...nf_7m_copy.png

And you have your render, you can link to it etc.

Yes. If you would just take a look in any signature service on this forum, you would see that atleast 40% of the people wanting a signature, doesn't link correctly.

Oh come on.

If people can't even register normally on a forum and do this on their own how do you expect them to copy the link from the service, change their current signature with the link or perhaps even re-upload it? We can't guide them every step and that is pretty much as straight-forward as this is.

Sure this is needed but it's easier for the signature services to have a nice little "register and get the full-scale image instead of the first link." Sorry, we don't need this. Closed.
