The Ryu one is sexy as hell A little bit too overexposed on the naruto sig though, everything looks too bright to me, iunno =/

The render in your first signature is pretty bad, because there's no action, and he's standing in a way, that makes the render's width very low, so it doesn't fill out the space, a better render would.

I like the background quite a bit, but lacks a little flow imo.

Follow the Rules of Thirds, both on the render and the text.

In the second signature, you should define your focal a bit better. I'm currently looking at the text and the effects around it, not the render.

Same as the first one, follow rules of thirds on the text. I would also change the font of the text, make it a bit smaller (might just be font), and remove the stroke(or lower the opacity of it).
