Looks quite nice! Thou I would make the fire bit shorter so it doesn't reach the eyebrows, and maybe bit more wide

Nice, but fire is always hard to work with. You can't use a very soft brush if you want it to look realistically. Also, setting it to 'screen' will help. Or just duplicate the fire layer, set it to screen, reduce opacity and erase some parts.

edit: I dont know what I thought, its more of a fire lazors out of her eyes than burning eyes, but i like it anyway
