Well, I'll grade this two different ways, first:

If you drew that render yourself then:

Good quality, not too bad of a job, the font doesn't feel like it fits with the image though, and the outer glow effect was a little over the top.

8/10

If you just found the render and added text then:

The render isn't the best of quality, you could have found better, overall choice of fonts and blending options were sub par, not your best work. I've seen you do much better.

If you guys mean by "Draw" with my hand then no. I found the render as the character itself, added a background, used lighting, added the lights, and then my text.
