[Request] Band Logo

All right, so its not a band, but its me doing my vocals. I want to spice up my myspace so I don't look as bad as I sound =]. One of my best friends is in a band called immortal cadaver, and they have a sick logo that was hand made by him in photoshop.



As you all know (by my frequent requests), I cant draw, paint, use PS or anything for that matter, so now I'm begging you to make me one. I want it to be similar to his but I dont want it to be a complete copy. Basically, make the text look awesome and stuff, but not the same, and if you can draw something that looks cool to go along with the text. Please do not use any renders in this as I do not want to get into any form of copyrights trouble.

The text should be "Caleb Caudill".
The style of the music is Death Metal.
