I think it's because of the colours that don't mix well in my eyes.

Hm, needs more light adjusting. You want your eyes to be directed to the main focal point, yet mine are all over the signature because of the heavy lightning (ab)use. The eyes naturally gets drawn to the lightest and sharpest part of a signature. The area over his right shoulder is as bright, if not lighter, than the render itself.

The random dots basically all over the signature is confusing as well, they looks plain bad, sorry.

It's by no means a bad signature; it's not the best but definitely not the worst.

Like some of the other guys said, it is a slight bit distracting with the bright colors mixed everywhere. I like having a focal point that draws the viewer to. Other than that though, you have most definitely done Zabuza justice.
