[Request] New Avatar and Signature.

I'm looking for a Signature and a matching Avatar to go along with it. I would like the render to be of Naruto from the shippuden series, or Kakashi.
I would like it to have a dramatic feel to it, if you don't get that part don't worry about it too much.
