Thinking about changing my current YouTube layout, to fresh it up a bit

What I'm looking for, is someone that could make me a new and creative one, only preference is that I want to have a Audiowave in there somewhere (I will fix that myself) so it would be cool if you can make something where I would put the audiowave without it looking weird etc.

Everything would be greatly appreciated, I'm not to hard on what I like and don't, so I might love just YOURS
