Can people please understand that it is amateur to try and make a website via an image. It doesn't work very well, you can use images as ASPECTS of your website - or as BACKGROUND. But you must use things such as iframes, or div's to layer over these with text etc. Using an image as a layout has many limitations.
Please don't say that I'm wrong, because 99.9% of the real industry use coding to create websites.
If you don't understand coding too well, then use wordpress, it's a great way to make websites.

Its a graphics forum. Not coding, - graphics.

Where did this come from..? What made you post this?
You make a layout in photoshop first and then slice it and code it in dreamweaver or w/e programs you want.
People that post a image of their website design is because they want feedback of the design.
We know websites need html/css etc..

Like shadowblade said, you can slice the images in photoshop and they can be interactive on a web page. (If you click on them, they send you somewhere.)
