1st:
Add texture
add cutout guy
add flames
liquify flames so they look good
repeat the add flames step
repeat the repeat step
like, really often
fin

2nd:

Add texture
add cutout girl
distort girl/erase some distortions
add cutout doves
add splatters

I think that basically covers it. The main ingredient is skill, though,
youre gonna have to practise alot or spend alot of time
