The text is too much of a opposition to the worked through simplicity of the main render.
Apart from that, good job.

So what should i exactly do then (I'm not so good at English PS therms anymore)

personally I like it. But it seems something more could be done to the render. At the moment it looks like you just 2 parts of a render and blurred it. I know logos are supposed to be simple, but maybe add a little something more. Unfortunately I do not have any specific ideas, but if I can think of anything I will edit this post or post another reply . overall though it looks decent, 6.5/10
