those sides look exactly like whats in the red box:


thats someones artwork, you dont have the right to use it and call it your own work. please stop, its getting really annoying having to find whatever youve ripped.

and dont give me the "what about renders? isnt that ripping?" argument, they are called "resources". when someone uploads their own work that they've made, that is not for you to take and use.

Filter>Render>Cloudes
Filter>Blur>Motion Blur << with 62 angle , then sharpen ages , also use Sharpen tool & you are done

i used 1st layer as vertical and 2nd as horizontal

& sorry Piersd i am adding you in my ignore list , i only ripped my 1st sig at my service nothing else , i don't always rip ,
probably you rip sometimes thats why you think wrong

Filter>Blur>Motion Blur << with 62 angle , then sharpen ages , also use Sharpen tool & you are done

i used 1st layer as vertical and 2nd as horizontal

Looks like it was a noise filter that was given a motion blur... o.O

it really is annoying when you are filling requests and use ripped material.

and since your last stunt, I don't buy into the whole "I did that myself bit"

not to mention, you are now admitting to a rip you had previously denied o.O'.

adding people to your ignore list isn't going to prevent you from getting a warning or even earning yourself a ban, the report button still works and other people use it.

I know enough about photoshop to get a similar effect without having to rip an image.

I can even hook you up with a team viewer session to show you your wrong

lol many people use Noise effect for animated raining or something like liquid drops/dropping by the way , not for background effects except few
