[Request] Html Design /w photoshop (guild site)

Ok what i need done is just a home page and a few linking buttons. Here is an example of how i would like it to look like WipE :: We came, we saw, we eventually conquered.
. The Name of my Guild is Effect and the server is cenarius. You could include a few pictures like the site i linked before but they arnt required.
