You blend the render REALLY good but the smudge on it ruins it. I'm sure. I dont like it like that, but I know that render and I know that it will look better without smudge.

personally i think its just a bit too messy.
its unclear as to what the focus of the sig is, im drawn to the left hand c4d because that is what is in focus and it is a lot more sharpened than the render which should be the focal point. alter this by sharpening the render in parts in relation to depth.

tbh i think the sig has more of a techy feel than a grunge feel, basically because of the c4d choice and render choice. the smudgeing you've used hasnt added anything to the sig atall, sorry but it just ruins any flow and alot of the depth the sig had. i'l give you the same advice piersd did, get some decent grunge brushes if you want it grungy or dont try atall it will just look messy.
the opacity of quite a few elements need adjusting slightly around the render and on the right side a bit. the lighting in the sig also needs to be more refined, its just too bright around the center without a clear light source. try using the burn tool in relation to the light, at the moment the depth is confusing as both the left and right side have large dark patches which confuses the sigs depth.

overall i think the concept of the sig is good and i think it could be nicer if you were more refined, i feel the sig needs to be crisper in parts and because of this many of the effects and elements you added just confuse the feel of the sig too much.

As the others already said: The smudge isn't that great, especially on the right side of the render.
Also I don't like the render being pretty much centered.
    Otherwise it looks good ^^
