I know its really not good But i wanted to see how people can do using the Paint program on most windows Computers...

not bad but would be nice if some of it was your own work (drawing etc) rather than pieces of others work put together (e.g. a background and brush stamp thing)
my only paint work is this:

it was made entirely from paint (except the text obviously:P), its a vector of some picture i found:S
also made a signature version where i added some details to the hair:
