[Question] C4D Effects With Photoshop CS3

Ok,
This is kinda a double question. First of all where do you get C4D effects and how do you use them. Second, grid lines, i've searched for hours on how to get those and have found nothing, which tool do you use to get it?

I think i posted several tuts in the help thread from carlosj,
C4d are special effects render, you can get them from planetrenders or just use google: C4d pack

I usually pull them to a nice place in the sig, resize them and set it to screen to get a effect.
