For fonts, go to; This Computer / C: / Windows / Fonts, and then drag all the fonts in that folder.

For brushes i'm not sure, i use gimp but i think it is; This Computer / C: / Program files / Adobe, and then search for the Photo shop folder and then look for the brush folder.

To get brushes into photoshop go to your adobe folder and your photoshop folder. Then go into presets and click on the folder called brushes. Move all your brushes into that folder and then go into photoshop and get out your brush tool. Next to where it says brush size bush on the little arrow that points down and there will be this thing where you can choose brush hardness next to that will be little arrow like this -> click that and click load brushes and chose the brushes you want to load
