its tough but i go number 2. number 1s text and colouring i prefer but its just too small and looks half finished, mainly because of the lack of border.

i think number 2 needs some work on font choice as it just is hard to read and really doesnt look right in the sig. also the effects on the render look to be on the text layer aswel. either make a seperate top font layer in future, or position the text layer on top of layers that contain effects like the blurring.

also the sig looks very flat at the moment, add a light source to match with the renders lighting, and darken some sides of the sig as its all quite monotone in the background.
