As of right now at least, this item can be claimed as many times as you want. Though unfortunately you can not sell or salvage this one like you could some of the other exploits, it is nice to have several if you like them, which I happen to. Just a headsup for those who might be interested, since it can't be sold or salvaged, not sure how fast they will fix it like the monkey.

Why do you think this is working as intended? Any of the other stuff we are intended to only have one per character. Unless you have seen them say something I have not. But I see nothing on their forums stating this is intended.

They said it is intended. They also add the other Items too unlimited. But that is something low priority.

Does anyone know if the rested xp boost from these stack? If so, you can just plop down 800 of them in your housing right?

Nope you can't stack. Rested XP only takes the higher buff of any item you have in your house.
