Exploit in the new rakgoul event.

ok so this new event with the rakgoul event you do some dailys and you gain rakghoul dna as a reward which can be used to buy stuff like pets and color crystals and stuff.

anyway when you get attacked you become infected and after 10 mins you explode and die but you gain 5 dna tokens you only soposed to be able to do it once but atm you can do it as many times as you want so get in and get your free tokens while you can.

I can confirm this - once you're in the next stage (throwing up and after the headache) If you have an opposing faction kill you - you blow up and still get the DNA. (And infect them for the daily in the process... if they aren't infected already)

At the moment you can trade and send the DNA to other charakter.

the one thing i couldnt work out is there a way to speed up the infection at all?

EDIT: you explode from killing yourself while in the 2nd stage i just jumped off the vip lounge and exploded on impact

lol at the huge groups of people on my server stacking on each other to get the plague

pull some rakghouls and get infected
wait for it to reach rank 2 Fever
pull some rakghouls and kill yourself
rez with med probe
pull some rakghouls and get infected
repeat

on my server atm in fleet theres about 50 people standing in one spot all giving each other the plague

This isn't an exploit, it's working as intended to get 5 DNA samples each time I believe.

Arcadrius, one would assume it's not what they had in mind though.. People getting infected, idling 10min and running into the Sarlacc Pit (which is an awesome and stylish way of suiciding.. AND close to the rakghoul area )
Somehow I'd think they intended it as a "too ganked to get anything done, get something for your effort anyway" option :|
Otherwise it just seems a bit silly..

Or you can just sit on the fleet in a stack, wait for the second phase, and go jump off the side, rinse and repeat.

I've made a decent chunk too, but I also built a script to look for the debuff, kill myself on the fleet, and walk back to the group, rinse and repeat.

it wasnt as intended it was sposed only happen if you had the infect daily.
