Gain up to 200 valor per warzone for being in Ilum

This is probably well known. Being in Ilum PVP area puts a buff on you that gives you up to 200 extra valor per warzone completion

HOWEVER, once you leave the WZ, the buff disappears. Easy way to fix this. Run to the cave that's on the east side of the Ilum PVP area. As soon as you get close to the cave, you will get completion for all the Ilum objectives as you are technically leaving the PVP area. Once this happens, just run back into the Ilum PVP area again, and your buff reappears.

The extra valor doesn't show up on your win score. It just adds it directly to your valor.

Hope this helps someone. The cave makes it easier to regain the buff.

Map location is east side, its the cave from where you enter Ilum from the taxi speeder. On the map, its on the very right side of PVP area, in the center. It says, "To Cross-Shelf Corridor" when moused over (like a cave).

Just head towards that location after buff disappears. As soon as the Ilum objectives are complete, run BACK into Ilum and you will regain the lost buff which again grants you up to 200 valor, depending on how much your faction controls.

No problem. The main issue is that you have to LEAVE the Ilum PVP area to regain the buff. Normally that would mean taking a speeder out and then back in. However, just running to the cave counts as leaving the PVP area, which you can then just turn around and run right back to the PVP area to regain the buff.

Go to other side, through the cave. You need to be IN the PVP area of Ilum. As soon as you enter the PVP area, you will gain the buff. Just queue up for warzones there.

Then, after you leave the WZ once it is over, your buff will have disappeared. Run TOWARDS the cave entrance on the side of the PVP ilum area. Then, as soon as it says all 5 Ilum PVP missions are complete, run BACK slightly towards the PVP area. You will regain the buff.

Very easy way to earn up to extra 200 valor per warzone match.
