(sort of) avoid server queues

Hi All,
I've noticed that once you get into your respective server (you need to queue the first time) and log out back out to the character selection screen, you do not get thrown back into the queue; no big deal there. However if you like me are able to leave your computer on overnight this means no queue when you want to carry on playing!

I've left my PC logged into the character select screen for several hours and haven't had to re-queue...

Not really an exploit but I've been using it given the horrendous server log in times currently.

Game don't kick you when you are "doing nothing" for so long?

The game does kick you if you AFK but only to the character selection screen. Doesn't seem to log out totally (like wow would) and you can stay on character screen for ages; I'm guessing because the queues are so ridiculously long at the moment this is intended to stop you being kicked off if you AFK waiting for your slot.

it logs you out when they patch or server goes down.

i logged in joined my server, queued at 600 or so. then i went to go eat with my father, 2 hours ago i came home and i was logged out again.

When going AFK - get in some flashpoint, face corner, go to kitchen - take spoon, stuck it betwin "W" button - and there you go...

only way to avoid queue as of right now seemes that you have to write a quick auto it script that makes you walk against a wall and jump all the the time

that did work for me but nothing else so far and i tried nearly everything included going afk in space screen in conversations during trade window open and whatnot ^^

I'm getting constantly logged out when I leave it on my character creation screen, something about Error 3.
