@Srkono, The BuddyWing folks had lots of Nav server problems yesterday so I emailed them and asked for an extension to my 1-day subscription. Didn't have any issues with their support.

    48-hour impressions (TLDR version)

    • Maestro is a classic breadcrumb bot which is good for grinding and harvesting. It takes a lot more effort to setup but, if you are careful with your profiles, can be much safer than BuddyWing (on account of it doing less stupid shit). For some reason that I can't fathom this bot is 4x more expensive than BuddyWing.
    • BuddyWing is a "next generation" bot which is extremely easy to setup and use. It automates just about every aspect of leveling via questing. Space mission support is in the works along with crafting. This bot is more likely to get you banned due to the fact that the navmesh sometimes does stupid things and the "stuck" logic screams "he's a bot!!".

WOW! If I may ask what prompted that change?

I went ahead and paid 15 euro for a year sub to BuddyWing mainly because it supports plugins and I like to tinker. I found Maestro to be quite stable and it is useful for a lot of tasks. All you cheapskates have no excuse not to check it out now.

I'm subbed for BW and i enjoy it, when it's actually working (lost a lot of love because their D3 bot came out), and that Aevitas is making the Space mission bot just makes it even more awesome...i'm really looking forward to what BW has to offer in the near future

Barely making any money on it anyway, why not.

We're gonna be charging for full forum access and support until we end up charging again, which may or may not happen, which I think is more than fair... after all, people are now getting to demo the product 100% free of charge.

    So are buttered pancakes. :P

Honestly, the buddy team makes some great stuff. Whether or not they're actually profitable, I can't comment on for sure, and I can speculate given how much time and resources they pour into certain projects. If they somehow find these investments cost-effective, I say more power to 'em.
