Worked last night. Now when the missions loads it just sits there looking for the starting event. I haven't changed anything.

NOTE TO ALL :

when you resize with Q , THINGS MOVE AROUND again
you need to change to default AFTER pressing Q

honestly, the default UI isnt 'required', but it helps with crewbot finding the 'pending' in the topright corner, or else that gets VERY tricky to do or possibly impossible to do, so yeah, id rather keep it around

okay so here is a 'video guide' to get 5.0 working

the main point to take home here is - default interface AFTER resizing the window
also, the left/right side bars made no difference to crewbot, from what i have experienced so far
i may replace this video to show how crewbot works in the future

honestly if you managed to get 4.1x working, then 5.0 should be fine for you

however, if its INGAME thats the problem ('random ships' etc) then okay thats not your fault, you may need a new recording, as i have not replaced the default scripts yet because i dont know what the 'random' things are at the moment

i been having a problem it doesnt happen too offten but enough to ruin a good botting marathon.

for some reason while running the bot ile come back after a few hrs and the game window will just be closed and the bot is sitting at playback ended look for results any idea why this is happening?

the other thing i noticed is that the deathcheck program is closed and the bot wont close its responding but wont close.

Is it randomness or just lag I dont know. But Aeten Sometimes starts :30 seconds into the mission and sometimes not.

it means you need to make a custom event sync file for your pc look in the original post for a tutorial on how to do that.

Probably i missed something - but pressing "q" does not resize the window (german client, aero, 800 x 600 windowed mode)
I am starting the game, the bot - switch to bot and press q ... should the window resize now?

I just tried using the debugger - pressing "z" to set the correct position - my guess the window of the game is not found ... i missed something xD ..

update: the mouse is moving over the captains chair, but nothing happens after that.

I got it: *sigh* I had to run the bot "as admin" ... now the window is founr, resized and the mission gets started.
Just used republik 20Makem - just missed 2 of the field-generators :-)

4.1 worked perfectly for me, but I cant get 5.0 to work at all. N.B. Any cursor movement is by me, the bot does not seem to move the cursor at all. This is what happens: Youtube

Just set up a timer sync file for Taspan and recorded a mission - but for some reason when it goes back to the mission, hes just shooting ALL over the place.

The mission doesnt quite load right - its real choppy to load, but after the sleeping delay it runs fine. Just my record doesnt ever play back correctly, and during playback it just kinda shoots where ever it wants. Kinda frustrating. What can I do in this situation to fix it?

Also, Ive learned that timer sync seems to be more reliable than event sync - especially with bloom off.

So, what can I do to make this stuff run better - 4.1 was running a lot better than this. So far with 5.0 Im not having any issues with FINDING anything, just this reallllllly out of sync playback.

Great bot, started useing it at level 30, got to 34 fast with almost 0 losses! I ended up donating for 35 - 50 levels. I seem to be having a little but of a problem, its not too bad but, right now im doing Imperial34Mugaar. For some reason the play back isnt matching up that well with my recording. Theres a crucial part at the beginning of that specific mission where theres a mini boss that you need to kill or you will end up failing. The first time i ever recorded the mission, it went 100%. I stoped it and did other things for a few hours, i was about to go to bed so i loaded it, but about 30% of the time it wasnt killing the first mini boss, it was missing or what ever. I restarted computer, and what not. Recorded 3 times, still it would miss it sometimes, i got tired and ended up settling with my last recording and hoped for the best when i woke up. It was 75 wins, 31 losses. Any one have an idea on to why my replay is a little off and it misses somtimes, but other times it doesnt? Thank you

OK , So i made new Event Sync Files and it is still off, so you either have to update the event sync info , or ??
