These bans/suspensions never happened for the reasons people say. I have an inside source and he said the only people banned were people who were crashing the zone to get the chests to respawn almost instantly.

The dont ban people of appropriate level, only the obvious macro/bots that are level 20 sitting in Ilum, a level 50 planet.

they dont even ban those, ive seen the same lvl 12-17s in ilum/core at the same chests for days straight

Chances are 99% of these reports of being banned for camping a chest are either fake or not completely accurate. It is in human nature for weak minded individuals to not accept when they have been caught botting, quickly after qq'ing on forms stating they got banned for no reason. 9/10 times the person is guilty making up crap to take out their frustration and rally people behind them to feel better.

Banning or even suspending someone for camping a chest is ridiculous, no company that needs your money is going to do so unless they're beyond retarded. It's not fair to tell people they can not camp these spots with their lowbies despite the fact it annoys the hell out of me to come across a level 30 doing so in Ilum etc. There are many ways to resolve this problem, one of which would be placing a level 50 Gold close enough that it will always agro anything beneath a certain level near the chest. I'm sure others have better ideas but this is one.
