3.4 level scaling allows for quicker gem leveling

If you enable level scaling and do delves with an alt or a friend you can several times the normal exp gain on your gems. 1-60 with a friend takes no time at all and can get a 20q level 1 empower to level 3 in that period.
Depth 11 run of a fairly long length got about 50k exp
