Mtx replacing

Hello i wanted to replace some mtx, i know it will be visible only for me and im fine with it,
Im struggling with make my Grasping hands running.
Well grasping hands pet is oryginally made as pet that not run, just respawn after you, i managed to replace files to make it lightning scorpion, sadly he stuck at every waypoint and not following me, any ideas ?
