Do not buy from this seller. He is a scammer.
After a short chat with him, he raised some red flags when he was trying really hard to make it sound like the amount of money is "nothing to him" and that he "isn't some random kid".
All the while, I went through with the transaction and he scammed (not 60, but 80 Eur) since he claimed that the EX is now 219 instead. He has some "mirror gears", self proclaimed.

While this amount is indeed not devastating, I would like to warn everyone who tried to do any business with this man to be extra cautious and do not send him anything until he fulfills his part.
