Bulk power leveling

I'm looking to buy power leveling for 20-50 accounts.

The leagues I am interested in are:
Standard league (now)
Hardcore league (now)
the 2.4.0 softcore league (in a couple months)
the 2.4.0 hardcore league (in a couple months)


The characters I want:
-will be a champion earthquake build
-will need about 1-2ex of gear (I have a detailed list of gear that I need... I can provide it by PM if requested)
-will need all skill quests done
-will need a few waypoints (I have a short list that I can provide by PM)
-will need a hideout with level 2 Zana
-will need 6 of the 8 ascendancy points (don't need to do uber lab)
-does not need to be a specific level... we can negotiate that
