Need rush and powerlevel for SC or HC characters

I would like a lot of characters rushed and powerleveled, but I have some specific requests.

1) The characters need to be in act 4 merciless.

2) The characters need all of the skill quests and bandit quests done.

3) The characters will be Ground Slam Marauders, but you may use respec points if it is easier to level as something different.

4) The characters need to be geared with specific gear. They will need some common uniques and a few rares. The rares will need to have some basic stats (resists, some armour/life, and high damage on the weapon). The price of the gear will easily be under an exalt.

5) The characters will need to have specific gem/link setups. I will need two 4-links and three 2-links.

6) The characters will only need to be level 40. They do not need to be able to wear the gear that you provide.




Right now, I need about 10 characters. I am interested in doing either SC or HC, depending on how much more expensive HC leveling is.
