Buying US POE Exalted Orbs (Highest Payout) Verified Business Account

    Hello Ownedcore!

I'm stocking up on exalted orbs on rampage and beyond league.
Below are the current prices i am paying for these.
Note that these prices will update daily so keep an eye out for that.

Exalted on Rampage League: $5.00 per Orb
Exalted on Beyond League: $10.00 per Orb

Here is how my trade system works. If you have good reputation buying and selling i will purchase the orbs first via my business paypal account.
If you do not have any reputation i must insist i get the orbs first before sending you payment. (this is the only safe way i can trade)

If you would like to sell me your exalted orbs you can contact me on Skype or by email.

Friend of mine traded Chaos orbs, sent $100 worth upfront (300 chaos), with the second half to trade after first half was confirmed money was sent.

He has waited about 15 minutes and the guy has removed him from skype and still has no money in his paypal for the first half where he went first. Picture of Skype below.

Will update if friend ever receives any money. As far as we both can tell, there's no hold on Paypal.

Yes I have scolded this "friend" of mine for being dumb enough to trust a guy who's account is brand new. Also the deal was too good to be true.

If your friend is a verified PayPal user you can fight this, it helps if you have a eBay business with good standing and good feedback

PayPal has changed their policies on digital items, you send money you assume all risk to put it simply

I'm experienced with this as a run a eBay store and people try and scam me, but 95% of the time it backfires on them

However you may have a chance if your friend claims he was buying something tangible to be shipped, the guy he gave money to will have to provide a tracking...no tracking no protection for this scammer!!

If he sent money as a gift, that's more of a problem, he can try and claim he made a mistake and selected wrong option or say the person insisted on paying as a gift (but the story has to be it was for some sort of tangible item to be shipped, tracking is the undisputed buyer protection)

    Worst case

PayPal will permanently put on record this guy was reported for scamming, if he get's a few more scamming reports well his PayPal account will be closed.

Sadly as I mentioned above PayPal has changed their policy on buying digital items, they will just tell you they can't prove you didn't get it and side with this scammer. The reason for this is because digital items make them a good amount of money and they like that.

Anyways best of luck, I hate scammers and I have pissed many off when they mess with me on eBay, just have to know how to protect yourself

I misread this post, but the above is good information if you send money and don't get anything

How I protect myself with trades, is I break my trades down into small amounts, I will go first, if I buy for example 100ex...I have the person come in game, put 25ex in trade window for me, I then send the money and he checks then finishes trade, repeat 4 times...they can still scam you but then you only lose a much smaller amount

Also if your buying, if possible don't send as a gift, the person will likely say they want to avoid PayPal fees, just pay for the fees it's not much
