Just looking at detections is largely misleading for cheat applications though. If you look at the behavior tab, you can see a lot of what its doing. It looks like an encrypted AHK script. As always, be cautious but nothing immediately screams concerning to me.

It does mention injecting into a process, I assume to attempt to hide itself. For example "Select process to hide AiPoe inside(do NOT select PoE)\r\nThe proecess must run during whole AiPoe time."

Interesting that it is named AiPoe in the strings and PoeHelperX here, but thats about it.
