No, not at all. Limited user only protects PoE from accessing files it shouldn't have access to. Cheat Engine modifies PoE itself, which it still has the ability to scan.

huh? all works inb4 far plane culling (broken since 3.20) and fog (which can be disable in smoother anyway)

Unfortunately, the script developers stopped updating it a long time ago, and I don't have time to deal with it.
For today, only "Maphack, Zoomhack" work exactly.
