Does it have an option to cast when rare / exiles are within a certain range?
it doesn't but it's a great utility and I'm enjoying it. I do wish I could cast it without the animations though, really slowing down my cyclone.

I would like to have a cool down timer between the key presss. For example, trigger the Vaal skill every 5 to 10 second once my ES is below 50%. Or a detection for the Vaal souls. I think the CD timer would be easier, but I am not a programmer to understand the difficultly. XD....
A suggestion for your project. I think you can leave 3 to 5 free slots for skills which people can adjust to what they need.
For Settings:
Skill Hot Key - the key-bind which ppl set their skill
Cool Down for key press - the time between each key press once the requirements are reached
Requirements - Requirements for the skill to be trigger - HP/Mana/ES/Monster(Number and Rarity)/Move Timer(How long the character moved)/Pressed Key Timer(How long a key been pressed to trigger another skill - for example, trigger skill E after pressing Q for 2.1 second etc....)
I think free skill slots would fit 99% of skills.

Nothing wrong with the plugin, its Poehud that have outdated offsets for ActorSkills...
