Do I have to disable the program at the start of a new league? if I don’t turn off will the game crash?

I think PoE client won't crash if you're using my releases only. However we need to test the new version ^^
Before a new league start the best option is to download a new clean .ggpk and new poeNullEffects release/ExceptList.
I always have downloaded a pre-patch torrent. Otherwise .ggpk is growing too fast and becoming too heavy after new patches.
The same issue appeared after using my "null effects" or other tools (poeSmoother, poe-mods) too. That was a big problem. At long last I fixed it and added the "auto-backup" feature in the new app version so users should not care about such things. Some special features were added as well, feel free to test it.
v.20+ pre-release version (let me know if you find any issue):

Thanks for new release.
btw, i notice that your ggpk is some different tool than VisualGGPK - can it open new dds format? could you please share it if it can and this is not for private use ofc?

Yes, the app shows most "GGG-.dds" files, everyone can see 90k+ PoE textures using "Misc -> GGPK Search". "Save image as png" menu is available as well. I had to add my special image classes so I won't make that code public sorry.
And yes, I implemented different read/write methods comparing to libggpk/poeSmoother/poe-mods/etc. This is not VisualGGPK at all. It works in way different way.
Private version allows to disable/enable clicks with one click:

Hello everyone.
As a potato pc user I was using this: GitHub - vadash/Path-of-Exile-modding-tool: updated for poe 3.11
Now, after the new patch, the option "Reduce (not remove) spell effects (.pet .trl)" is NOT WORKING. The game crashes on menu when using it. At least for me.
I wonder if the poeNullEffects is having issues as well while reducing effects.
For the record, with the option of removing ALL the effects there is no issue.

poeNullEffects has no issues. Every feature is working fine.

My game crashes after enabling some features.
But the worst thing is that I don't have a backup after the 3.11 patch.
Game crashes after spawning in town and downloading the textures.
The only way to solve this problem is to reinstall the game?

/upd: I got rumors "1 emitter" rules (#3, #4) can lead to some issues. I still can't figure out what happens.
Anyway you can restore original files using "Max Effects" rule or use rules #1, #2 of #5 if you have any problems atm. These rules and all the other features tested, they work flawless for anyone.

Yeah. First of all, thx for the answer.
I used GitHub - vadash/Path-of-Exile-modding-tool: updated for poe 3.11 just because it was my first atempt at removing particles, and since it worked I just followed the famous "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". But in any case, that program is based entirelly on poeNullEffects. Therefore, coincidentaly to what you said, the modding tool is also failing in the modes that provide a middle ground particle removal. 100% works fine, but it looks way too shitty. Anyways, it was just some feedback.

Hello!
First of all, thanks a lot for making this program. Worked very well until now
I'm having this issue with 3.11 version : "Failed to load ggpk: Invalid tag: r"
If I try to open ggpk again it then goes to the normal menu, but it won't apply any of the modifications
