Can use this to remove all aura/blinking/flashing heralds effects? Super annoying too many effects on screen and my character is size of a screen too (HH).

Heralds become completely invisible. Auras have some textures visibility to detect "Allies can not die" mobs. As for blinking, I'm not sure what you're talking about. Well, the app removes almost all particles, most effects, corpses etc, so maybe that's why I don't even know how PoE can blink. I see no flashes as well.

Btw, before 3.12 vulkan worked ok and smooth, but now with vulkan - camera movement is jerky and feels like 10 pfs (fps is stable 60, latest drivers). I thought it's because i used pNE before, but i tested vulkan with private version - nothing changed, camera is bugged (dx 11 still ok). So, seems GGG broke vulkan.

Maybe it's Lockstep stutters? Have you tried Predictive mode?
I don't use Vulkan tho, it's still unstable on my PCs. Yes, GGG fix it pretty often, I hope some day we'll get full Vulkan support.

something wrong with your .ggpk (launcher was interrupted during patch? not sure). I guess you should run PackCheck.exe.

Quick question from a newbie : Is this program allowing me to have much better FPS, but does it hide the boss telegraph also? I'm thinking about conqueror for exemple lets say Baran, and the lighnint telegraph on the ground, or sirus storm, etc. I'm playing ssf HC, it would be amazing to disable all "useless" things, but keep the telegraph etc, wich are mandatory for me..
Also, can you simply "reverse" any change you made?

I didn't test Sirus yet but his storms should be visible if you're using default "Except" options. Actually the app keeps a lot of important effects visible. Not all tho.
You can reverse any changes using "misc -> Load backup" button. It was upgraded in private versions to keep original files updated.

is it possible to completely remove deliritum and all skill effects on the private version? can't find the option
the client stutters very hard in delirium and when many effects occur on the screen

Nothing has been changed. PoE still loads insane amount of misc sh~ in the middle of fights and "--waitforpreload" command is completely broken.. So I don't know what we can do here. Well, I've already added "Null skin meshes", "Disable p1 & monster rendering" features, I'll release "Remove Materials" soon, but they're not for regular humans gameplay ofc.
As for skill effects, default "Null *" features remove ~97% of all skill effects. So if you have no preloading issues, you can play Delirium without any problems, confirmed by patrons:

well I used almost every option in private poenulleffects and the client on VM has huge stuttering in delirium and legion
