would it be possible to add "weapons" under the rares option? added most of the names in Non Uniques.txt but it takes some time to copy paste them all

i dont want to add a weapons slot cos i dont want people complaining "pick up too many weapons!! RAWR QQ"
So what i have done is added file selects like below, so you can further fine tune some settings and or load blank filters if you would like as well as have multiple filters for different occasions.

"Reload All Rules" will reload the drop down selects too if you change/rename a file or make a new one so you wont have to reload poehud over and over again.

Could you give a brief example how to edite the pick it files what are the rules an do so on?

Nice plugin. The only problem I see, I use the secondary (right) button like a primary (left). We dont have option to change it, and I dont know how program u use to decompile to change, too.
