I would guess not. I don't have a Korean client (and the desire to install it). Besides, I do not know if the ExileApi works on a Korean client at all.
You may just check it by yourself.

I don't use GameHelper and even don't know if it possible. Literally know nothing about it.
If someone want to port it to GameHelper - feel free, just add credits same as in first message.
