It shouldn't be too hard to code that as a plugin in ExileAPI... or hell even autohotkey with the use of the clipboard. AHK is pretty easy to pick up. Start here or with some googling. Quick Reference | AutoHotkey v2

well the only thing i know about coding language is print hello world from like 2 years ago trying to learn python then getting bored lol
will see if i can do that in autohotkey but how can i make it recognise i got a skittering orb doesn't that require somesort of like api knowledge or something ?

If you do ctrl+c over the item, doesn't it copy the item's description to a clipboard? Or does it not do that for currency? If it doesn't, then I'd probably use PoeHelper/ExileAPI to do it since that can directly read memory so it should have less issues. AdvancedStashHelper is super useful, but I don't know if it supports what you want to do.
