Safest Auto-Quit / Auto-Logout tool?

Hello fine people!

I wanted to give HC another shot but i have a really shoddy Nehalem i5 that can't really handle Delirium,

So i wanted to try it with a tool to log me out when my health or shield reaches a certain threshold



I have already read and setup my Path of Exile as a limited user but

I have never tried any tools for PoE a part from the Trademacro, so i am a bit lost.. which auto-quit is the safest or best? Gamehelper ; ExileAPI ... Wingman?

Any auto-logout tool / macro should be fine if that's all it does. GGG has stated that auto-logout macros are fine because it only performs 1 action.
