Okay, I don't know if it's the Gateway or the app, but now it doesn't seem to run for more than an hour and a half, before the Gateway times out and it stops running. Very disappointing.

I don't know when the Preview server changes to Professions will roll out, but there are some rather major changes from what I saw.

It auto-populates assets when it thinks it can do maybe a "smart select" on the assets you have.

Some icons/artwork are different (likely only affects a pixelbot).

Some task names have changed slightly.

Not easily, but I think it could be done with editing the source code of the web browser Dragonef22 is using. (I think we get more benefit from his spending more time on the app, and not the browser though, it's a fair tradeoff if you ask me)

It keeps asking because the game website thinks each browser is a new browser, so, it's mostly on their end.

It's a pain, I agree - if I could turn off all Cryptic Account Guard I would - or at least let me download a 2FA app on my phone instead of having to wait 5 minutes or more on a silly email.

You mean account guard?
The code they send to your email that you have to enter?

If so, you can easily disable it.
You have to go to champions online or star trek online to be able to change it.
Easiest way is to go to https://my.perfectworld.com/account/co
(you can not do it using the neverwinter part of the site)
Login with your perfect world account and go to "account guard" below "profile".
Just follow the steps and you will be able to disable account guard.
I have done it and it doesnt ask for the codes anymore.
It only disconnects an instance sometimes if you use multiple characters on the same account.

It runs 3 instances using 10 slots total.
I dont have many problems with the memory leak.
The CPU usage on the other hand is a bigger problem.
I dont know if this is only caused by the gateway, could it also be in the program?

Hard to say, it could be the bot, you can just check how much memory/cpu% it takes in the taskmanager as far as I know
