Item duping (Rumor)

So I've managed to achieve something a little odd with depositing into bank right before zoning. I was using the Transfer instance option. Place the TRANSFER button over an item. Start clicking like mad, the zoning will start and you will here the item being deposited but you will get disconnected from server with no dupe.

back in the time when i wasnt banned there was some bug with adventurers in crafting.. if you go to the mail service you talk to the post manager open crafting window and inventory.. now you compose your self a mail and put all the adventurers inside the mail attachment.. now you start crafting your shit.. for example some epic asset where you need all 4 crafters... you simply start the craft and then send your self the mail.. for the adventureres they crafted for free and i had all my assets back in my "virtual post stash".. you could easily equip them again and craft another epic asset.. worked fine for me and a friend but may be fixxed now.. long time no play

i also found out you can make items bug like this.. if you do this with ++%quality items the same happens but afterwards the item is bugged and you cant use/sell it anymore.. but its still there.. maybe some assemble guys with knowledge know how to debug the item and you have your crafting dupe =)

Not a hint. That is what I was using. But now, it seems they did something to it. Can they patch the GB without patching the client? If the GB is server side (which I am sure it is) can they patch that without patching us? I don't see why not... live patches?

I must say I am a bit peeved. I worked out the CE way last night around 6 AM on an Alt and only managed to get a 99 stack of rank 4 Dark Enchantments. Blah.

It's all a bit too late now. Guild bank doesn't work, neither does trading. Back to good old traditional farming.

Edit the stack of whatever you wish to 99. This only works with items that can stack up, so don't try using gear.
Go to any merchant and try to sell the stack. You won't be able to. Go to the mailbox and try to send it. You won't be able to. Now go place it on the AH and it will let you. If it sells, good you made money. If it doesn't sell, good since you will get back a full stack. It is very important that you try to sell it first, and then mail it. Otherwise it won't let you do this.
Update: Since the AH was taken down for such a lengthy period of time, I am pretty sure this will be fixed once it comes back up.
