The bag quest cannot be exploited. Once you get a bag from Clockwork Guild Tomb the chest wont be usable again.

I tried a few things to exploit the profession chest but I couldn't find one.

Both quests were working until just now. As of 3am pst 5/14 It's officially patched.

You still can share them but you only have a poor rune now.

Yeah its fixed, you now get the profession pack reward from the quest giver when you turn it in instead of from the golden chest.
You can still reshare and whatever but the chest will be empty.
