Pirates of the Caribbean Online private server creation

Hey!
I wasn't sure where to post this, so choose the General MMO.
Basically, there is a number of private POTCO servers, and I'd like to know if I could make one myself. If yes, then could someone, please, explain briefly how it's done, or share a link to a tutorial?

Well, the number is like 3 or 4. So yes, it can be done. However, since there are so few, it is probably a group of people who are working together on a project that started up their servers. Most likely to make money by having the software to perform the duties required, extremely close to the core group.

That way, they can absorb all of the money from people who want to play it, maintain their own quality of code, and avoid what happened to the WoW servers, where everyone and their dog can run one and scam everybody. Now they get to scam people with 3 to 4 servers instead (j/k)

But seriously, chances are, unless you know one of the people who run the private server, you won't get their software. It is not publicly available, and if you don't know what the software is, you aren't in the "right circle of friends" to be allowed access to it
