DCUO Macro help

Hello, I made this thread because I'm using my Razer Naga Epic mouse, and I've started making macros but after I record it, I lower the times down a bit so It's faster, DCUO, like most games has a limit to how fast you can do an action though, so I need help to know the minimum time to do the following things:

What's the minimum time for holding? Least I've found is .5 seconds

What's the minimum time for tapping? Least I've found is .25

Anything else would be nice too, like the time between combos or skills.
