pointers and offsets in C++

i have folowed the tutorial here:

i have found the base pointer and the offset as in the tutorial, no problem sofar.
now i want to know x and y but im not sure how to get there.
Then i want to cout<< these values in C++ i been trying this a while now but without success. can someone put me in the right direction please?
