How much easier is US vs EU?

I feel like EU is easier than US....many more botters are claiming to have reached "Legendary" from mostly botting. Generally they use a similar Shaman deck to get to rank 3 and then manually to Legend. Most of them are in EU and not on the NA servers. I'm floating around rank 5 on NA but that's probably because of people grinding out some ranks. Now that SmartCoach is out, it will be a lot easier to hit legendary and not let the bot screw up.
