Mad King Clock tower exploit

This exploit makes use of the current price on Superior Rune of the mad king 1g20s-1g50s
and the event giving you a pair of boots with the rune.

Wait a second, you cant salvage the rune from the boots... oh that's right well we use another item to get the rune into a different pair of boots

We fine transmutation stone the rune onto lvl 60 similar item then salvage the rune out.

steps to reproduce

Create character
finish starter zone
rush over to Madking clock tower
beat it
take pair of boots
buy similar pair of blue lvl 80 boots
transmutation stone the blue boots stats and look with the rune
salvage out the rune
sell on TP
PROFIT!

lvl 72 is all you need.
