How to make gold with TP

Hello guys,so yestarday i played a bit with TP buying iron ores and copper ores with 7 copper and selling them with 9 also with some coocking matts(coocking matts are better coz more profit but a bit harder to sell and buy)anyway what u should do is find what u want to buy use (The GW2 Trading Post Calculator) (thx to Shameless iX from hes post http://www.ownedcore.com/forums/mmo/...ding-post.html (A Tool To Help Play The Trading Post!)) yestarday had 1g today im with 2g+ just for playing with the TP.....when u'll find what to buy place order with 50 items so u'll get the items first...GL making gold just playing with TP....if its needed save ur matts and sell them later when the price will be more high for more profit....GL and HF with TP (try to make gold with Bay Leaf too....yestarday the buying price was like 80c today its 20 so if u want buy them low and sell them high another day high)

I tried this last week and lost money. Apparently there are hidden fees with the trading post. After I made several purchases and sales, I noticed I had less money than when I started. I was buying copper ore at 19c and selling at 21c. I then annotated how much money I had. I bought 1 copper ore for 18c. I then sold it for 20c. Listing fee was 1c. I should have had a 1c profit, but this was not the case. I ended up with 1c less than I initially started with hence, I lost money.

For any selling you do on the Auction House make sure to take into account of the 5% listing fee and 10% selling fee, so if you sell something for 1g you will get 90s minus the 5s posting fee you paid so the money you really get back is 85s. Selling mats at that close of a price will not get you any profit, you have to look for a better item with a bigger price difference.

yup u lost 1 copper and u know why?here its explained tpcalc.com - The GW2 Trading Post Calculator if u buy with 19 and sell with 21 its -1 for u even with 18 the same thing,but if u buy them 17 and sell them 21 then u have profit!check tpcalc.com - The GW2 Trading Post Calculator if u want to make the calculation before u buy and sell everything in tp
