I did the event 3 times. It bugged 2 times so i didnt get any rewards. Trying again tomorrow.

I also had this problem a few times, though maybe 2 out of 30 times i did it. I'm not sure what's causing it but It only happened for the Defense event, not for the Repair one.

The Splintercrest Fort Waypoint event seems to have been removed from the game, or is glitched on my realm. I havent seen it happen once in 5 hours- Only the Steeleye Waypoint event seems unchanged.

Any suggestions for an event to do while waiting on Steeleye?

The event is activated every 10 minutes and lasts for about 7-8 minutes and gives 5000 xp

What does the orange box (top right) tell you? Is it "Legion and Ebon Vanguard forces are on alert for ogres" ?

If not, than the big group event in the north which seems to be buggy sometimes is in progress.You won't get any Splintercrest Fort events then. Try changing into overflow or something.

Edit: I just did the event. Still working good for me.
